2020 Virtual Showcase
June 26, 27, and 28, the award-winning 2019.2020 Woodford Theatre Young Artists are ready to blow you away with over thirty songs, monologues, and instrumental performances spanning theatre and popular music! The end-of-year Showcase has become a Woodford Theatre/WTYA tradition, however, in response to COVID-19, this year’s program will look a little different. It will be completely online and available for you to watch the entire weekend (if you choose)!
Tickets are $5, $10, $15, and $20, but use code WTYA and get your ticket for free!
Our ticket service provider does not currently allow for true “Pay What You Can” ticketing, so the tiers are our way of making this program accessible to all patrons. When selecting your ticket price, consider how many people will be watching, how many times you’ll watch, and what you can do while times are still tough for individuals and the arts. $0 tickets to patrons still cost the theatre service and processing fees, which we are not passing on because we want our friends and families to enjoy this programming. Please consider adding an Annual Fund contribution at check-out, if able, to help us cover these costs and continue producing programming and arts education.
Click on the red “BUY TICKETS” button below. Be sure to include an active, up-to-date email address – links and passwords will be emailed from our ticket service provider, OvationTix, at 10:00 PM the evening before your selected performance date(s). You can select Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday tickets, but you only need to select one. We recommend selecting Friday if you want full weekend access as the link and password will be the same 12:00 AM Friday, June 26 through 11:59 PM Sunday, June 28 with no limit. The video is the same regardless of date.
While our staff continues to work remotely, the most efficient way to contact us is via email:
email@example.com for questions regarding tickets and orders
firstname.lastname@example.org for general inquiries and technical difficulties
