Woodford Theatre has served Central Kentucky as a not-for-profit community theatre for 35 years and continues to maintain the distinction of the largest community theatre in the region. Since our founding in 1988, we have worked diligently to fulfill our mission to join, build, and celebrate the community and educate the next generation of theatre goers and theatre artists.

Woodford Theatre strives to enrich the artistic landscape in Central Kentucky through our Mainstage productions, school and community outreach, our celebrated Woodford Theatre Young Artists program, and our Summer Academy.
